Our aim here is to understand the role and responsibility for the mandate.
Step 1 - Understand the client brief and assign mandate internally
Italent will then have an internal discussion and assign an appropriate number of consultants to the mandate depending on the above. Those who are assigned will be those deemed to have the most technical understanding and track record with this role.
Step 2 - Market mapping & sourcing
We will reach out to italent’s internal database with tens of thousands of profiles of some of the most senior candidates in the region.
We have all the tools at our disposal from LinkedIn Recruiter, to market leading job boards and networks. This allows us to source the best variable candidate in the world for the role.
Step 3 - Create long list & create shortlist & Agency Interview
We initially create a long list, which then gets interviewed and qualified down to a shortlist to present to the client. We will be covering everything in this process from technical aspects as the role and suitability qualification, to understanding the personal situation of the candidate and his family and finally the commercial requirements of the role.
Step 4 - Present short list to client & client interview
We work with the client to arrange interviews and gather any additional information required.
Step 5 - Reference check, agree terms and mobilise
We work with the client to get best value in terms of commercials. We can take the reference or facilitate additional documentation request if a third-party reference check.

- Advising the candidate on visa documentation & mobilize candidate
- Depending on the client's mobilization support we have helped multiple clients with onboarding.
